Abstract: EXCESS OPACITY EMISSIONS SHALL BE REPORTED QUARTERLY AS AN INDICATOR OF PROPER CONTROL EQUIPMENT OPERATIONS. DAILY PRODUCTION RECORDS, AND CONTINUING MONITORING OF VOLUMETRICE FLOW RATE SHALL BE RECORDED. THESE REQUIREMENTS PROVIDE ASSURANCE THE CONDITIONS ARE THE SAME AS DURING THE PERFORMANCE TEST AND TAHT THE STANDARD IS BEING MET.
