SOURCE SHALL OPERATE A MONITORING DEVICE CONTINUOUSLY, RECORDING PRESSURE DROP ACROSS THE SCRUBBER. THIS ASSURES THE STYSTEM IS OPERATING PROPERLY WITHOUT THE NEED FOR INSPECTIONS OR TESTING.
