Abstract: SOURCES SHALL EITHER CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR CAPACITY AND REPORT EXCESS EMISSIONS OR SHOULD RECORD PRESSURE LOSS OF THE GAS STREAM AND SCRUBBI LIQUID SUPPLY PRESSURE. SOURCE SHALL ALSO MEASURE THE MASS RATE OF LIMESTONE FEED AND LIME FEED. THESE PROCESS FACTORS PROVIDE AN INDICATION OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE CONTROL DEVICE.
