Abstract: THE OWNER OR OPERATOR SHALL RECORD THE DAILY PRODUCTION RATE AND HOURS OF OPERATION AND SHALL CONTINUOUSLY MONITOR NITROGEN OXIDE EMISSIONS AND SUBMIT QUARTERLY EXCESS EMISSIONS REPORTS. THESE REPORTS TELL EPA AND THE SOURCE IF CONTROLS ARE WORKING PROPERLY.
