Abstract: A SOURCE SHALL RECORD OPACITY, SULFUR DIOXIDE, NOTROGEN OXIDES AND EITHER OXYGEN OR CARBON DIOXIDE CONTINUOUSLY, AND SUBMIT A QUARTERLY EMISSIONS REPORT. CONTINUOUS MONITORING IS ESSENTIAL TO ENSURE THAT SOURCES ARE IN COMPLIANCE AND THAT CONTROL EQUIPMENT IS BEING MAINTAIN PROPERLY.
