Abstract: THE FORM PROVIDES AN OVERVIEW OF A MORTGAGEE'S OPERATIONS FOR SERVICIN FHA-INSURED SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGES. THIS PROVIDES OUR FIELD OFFICES WITH AREAS OF POSSIBLE WEAKNESSES IN THE OPERATION PRIOR TO AN ON-SITE REVIEW OF THE MORTGATEE BY THE FIELD OFFICE.
