Abstract: EVALUATION PROVIDES FIRST SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF FAIR HOUSING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, EFFECTIVENESS OF COMPLAINT PROCESSING, ACCURACY AND USEFULNES OF CURRENT MONITORING SYSTEM.
