Abstract: THE PROPOSED FORM WILLSERVE AS AUTOMATED RENEWAL NOTICE AND CERTIFICATION IN THE PRIVATE OPERATIONAL FIXED MICROWAVE RADIO SERVICE IT WILL REDUCE THE BURDEN ON LICENSEES BY ALLOWING COMPLETION OF A SHORT FORM RENEWAL IN LIEU OF COMPLETING FCC FORM 402 IN ITS ENTIRETY. ENTITIES AFFECTED ARE ELIGIBLE TO HOLD A RADIO STATION AUTHORIZATION IN THE PRIVATE OPERATIONAL FIXED MICROWAVE RADIO SERVICE.
