Abstract: NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE FEDERAL SEED ACT AMENDMENTS OF 1982 WHICH ELIMINATED CERTAIN OBSOLETE SEED LABELING REQUIREMENTS FOR LAWN & TURF SEEDS AND MIXTURES THEREOF, AUTHORIZING REDUCTION IN TESTING AND LABELING REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCH SEEDS, THEREBY REDUCING NON-BENEFICIAL BURDENS TO SELLERS AND BUYERS OF THESE SEEDS.
