Abstract: THE BUREAU IS PLANNING TO TEST AND EVALUATE VARIOUS METHODS FOR ADDRESS LIST COMPILATION AND UPDATE METHODS BY SCHEDULING A TEST IN 1984. THIS TEST WILL REQUIRE RESPONDENTS IN SELECTED AREAS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR MAILING ADDRESSES AND IN SOME CASES THE NAME O THE HOUSHOLD HEAD AND THE PHYSICAL LOCATION OF THE HOUSING UNIT.
