Abstract: THE RECORDKEEPING IS REQUIRED FOR THE ENFORCEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION O THE DELEGATED AUTHORITY OF THE DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT OF 1950, AS AMENDED (50 U.S.C. AP. 2061, ET SEQ.). ANY PERSON WHO RECEIVES A DEFENSE RATED CONTRACT OR ORDER IS SUBJECT TO THE IMPLEMENTING DMS/DPS REGULATIONS AND IS REQUIRED TO RETAIN RECORDS OF THE TRANSACTION FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS.
