Abstract: THE SURVEY RESPONDS TO LEGISLATIVE REQUIREMENTS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE UTILIZATION OF THE MILITARY HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. THE SURVEY RESPONDENTS WILL BE BENEFICIARIES OF THE DOD HEALTH CARE SYSTEM. THE RESULTS WILL BE USED TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE HEALTH CARE SYSTEM WHILE ELIMINATING THE SHORTFALL IN THE DOD HEALTH CARE BUDGET.
