Abstract: THE LAW REQUIRES PRESCRIPTION DRUG ADVERTISEMENTS TO CONTAIN A BRIEF SUMMARY OF PRECAUTIONARY RISK INFORMATION. THIS STUDY WILL EXAMINE IF ADS CAN BE FAIRLY BALANCED FOR CONSUMERS AND ALTERNATIVE WAYS TO INTEGRATE PRESCRIBING INFORMATION IN ADVERTISEMENTS DIRECTED TO CONSUMERS.
