Abstract: INFORMATION IS COLLECTED FROM OIL AND GAS LESSEES ON THE FEDERAL OUTER CONTINENTAL SHELF FOR PURPOSES OF ESTABLISHING WELL MAXIMUM PRODUCTION RATES (MPR). THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE WELL, LEASE, AND FILED PRODUCING CAPABILITY AND SERVES AS THE BASIS FOR APPROVAL OF MPR REQUESTED BY LEASE OPERATORS.
