THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE NEEDS THE
INFORMATION TO ALLOW IT TO FIGURE AND COLLECT THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF
TAX. THE INFORMATION WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER TAXPAYERS
QUALIFY TO MAKE AN ELECTION UNDER SECTION 911 AND TO DETERMINE THE
CORRECT AMOUNT OF THE EXCLUSIONS AND DEDUCTION AVAILABLE TO
QUALIFYING TAXPAYERS UNDER SECTION 911.
