Abstract: IRC SECTION 152(C) REQUIRES TAXPAYERS TO ATTACH FORM 2120 TO THEIR TAX RETURN IF THEY CLAIM EXEMPTIONS FOR PERSONS TO WHICH THEY HAVE CONTRIBUTED MORE THAN 10%, BUT NOT MORE THAN 50%, SUPPORT. THIS INFORMATION IS USED TO VERIFY THAT OTHER SUPPORT CONTRIBUTORS HAVEN'T CLAIMED THE INDIVIDUAL AS EXTENSIONS.
