Abstract: DATA ARE COLLECTED TO CARRY OUT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 10(F) OF T FEDERAL POWER ACT. THIS SECTION DIRECTS THE COMMISSION TO DETERMINE THE BENEFITS THAT HAVE BEEN RECEIVED BY DOWNSTREAM PARTIES FROM THE OPERATION OF STORAGE RESERVOIR OR OTHER HEADWATER IMPROVEMENTS AND TO ASSESS THE DOWNSTREAM BENEFICIARIES FOR A PART OF THE ANNUAL CHARGES FOR INTEREST, MAINTENANCE AND DEPRECIATION.
