Abstract: SBA PROVIDES MANAGEMENT COUNSELING ASSISTANCE TO SMALL BUSINESSES. COUNSELLORS COMPLETE THE REPORTING FORM AND INCLUDE DATA ON THE CLIENT AND/OR THE COUNSELING ASSISTANCE PROVIDED.
