IMPLEMENTING THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT AND OTHER
ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AFFECTIN ITS PROGRAM. AS PART OF THEIR
APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, LOCAL GOVERNMENTS NON-PROFIT
ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS MUST SUBMIT ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION WHICH IS REVIEWED BY FMHA TO DETERMINE POTENTIAL
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS.
On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that
