Abstract: FMHA PROPOSES TO FINALIZE ITS RULE FOR IMPLEMENTING THE NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY ACT AND OTHER ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS AFFECTIN ITS PROGRAM. AS PART OF THEIR APPLICATION FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, LOCAL GOVERNMENTS NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES AND INDIVIDUALS MUST SUBMIT ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION WHICH IS REVIEWED BY FMHA TO DETERMINE POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS.
