Abstract: THIS REGULATION IS DESIGNED TO HELP PREVENT THE ARTIFICIAL SPREAD OF THE GYPSY MOTH, A SERIOUS ECONOMIC PEST OF TREES, OUT OF THE INFESTED AREAS OF THE U.S. THE REGULATION CONTAINS PROVISIONS FOR AN OHA DOCUMENT WHICH WILL ATTEST TO THE PEST FREE STATUS OF OUTDOOR HOUSEHOLD ARTICLES BEING MOVED INTERSTATE. AFFECTED PUBLIC: INDIVIDUAL MOVING OUTDOOR HH ARTICLES.
