Abstract: THE INVENTORY WILL COLLECT INFORMATION ON PHSYCHIATRIC SERVICES IN NON-FEDERAL HOSPITALS THAT WILL BE USED TO PROVIDE NATIONAL ESTIMATES ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THESE FACILITIES FOR USE IN EXTRAMURAL AND INTRAMURAL RESEARCH AND TO SERVE AS A SAMPLING FRAME FOR FUTURE SAMPLE SURVEYS.
