Abstract: THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR WILL USE THIS INFORMATION TO DETERMINE THE EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING NEEDS AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO EAS THE EMPLOYMENT AND UNEMPLOYMENT PROBLEMS FACED BY MEN AGED 31-41. THESE MEN WERE AGED 14-24 WHEN THIS LONGITUDINAL SURVEY BEGAN IN 1966.
