Abstract: THE ATTACHED PLANNING DOCUMENTS AND REPORTING FORMS WILL BE USED BY ORGANIZATIONS SELECTED AS GRANTEES UNDER SECTIONS 401 AND 402 OF JTPA. THE PLANNING DOCUMENTS WILL BE USED TO REVIEW AND APPROVE GRANTS. THE REPORTS WILL BE SUBMITTED TO SATISFY PERFORMANCE STANDARDS AND 20 CFR PART 632, 40 AND 20 CFR PART 633.311.
