Abstract: STANDARD REQUIRES THAT FIREFIGHTING EQUIPMENT BE MAINTAINED AND AVAILABLE AND OPERABLE AT ALL TIMES. THE RECORDS INDICATE THAT EMERGENCY SAFETY EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN INSPECTED AS REQUIRED AND REDUCES THE POSSIBILITY OF EQUIPMENT FAILURE IN AN EMERGENCY. AUTHORITY ESTABLISHED BY PUBLIC LAW 95-164.
