The Inspector
General's "guide for audit of JTPA systems implemen tation," as
revised during review meetings held on August 4 and 5, is approved
for use through September l983. It is understood that the Inspector
General intends to complete this study by that date. However OMB
will extend the expiration, upon request by the Department, should
field collection fall behind schedule. Nevertheless, the expiration
date currently assigned (September l983) together with the OMB
control number must be printed in the upper right hand corner of
each copy of the audit guide.

THAT ARE RECIPIENTS OF JTPA FUNDS FOR USE IN EXERCISING HIS
OVERSIGHT AUTHORITY UNDER THE ACT.
