Abstract: INFORMATION NEEDED TO VERIFY THAT WORK IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE GRANT AGREEMENT PRIOR TO CLOSING OUT THE GRANT. FINANCIAL INFORMATION NEEDE TO VERIFY THAT PAYMENTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUDGET. ALSO USED AS CHECK AGAINST AUDIT AS WELL AS SUPPLEMENT TO AUDIT.
