Abstract: THIS REPORT NOTIFIES HUD WHENEVER A MORTGAGE IS PAID IN FULL, VOLUNTARILY TERMINATED, OR THAT A PROPERTY WILL NOT BE CONVEYED TO HUD FOR INSURANCE BENEFITS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DELETE A CAS FROM THE INSURANCE-IN-FORCE FILE AND TO DISCONTINUE BILLING THE MORTGAGEE FOR INSURANCE PREMIUMS.
