Abstract: CPSC NEEDS TO ASSESS THE UTILITY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF ITS CONSUMER INFORMATION PUBLICATIONS. THIS QUESTIONNAIRE ASKS BASIC QUESTIONS OF CONSUMERS WHO RECEIVE CPSC PUBLICATIONS, AND THE RESULTS OF THE QUESTIONNAIRE WILL DEMONSTARATE CONSUMER SATISFACTION, KNOWLEDGE GAIN, AND PERHAPS BEHAVIOR CHANGE AS A RESULT OF READING CPSC PUBLICATIONS.
