Abstract: THIS SECTION PROVIDES THAT WHEN THE CONTRACTING OFFICER ELECTS TO USE THE FIXED PRICE OPTIONS CLAUSE (39.2134-3) WHEN CONTRACTING FOR ADP EQUIPMENT SYSTEMS BY NEGOTIATION, HE OR SHE MAY ELECT TO USE THE DISCONTINUANCE REPRICING CLAUSE (39.2134-5).
