INSURED STATE CREDIT UNIONS. NCUA UTILIZES STATE EXAMINATION
REPORTS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT POSSIBLE IN DETERMINING THE CONTINUED
INSURABILITY OF FEDERALLY INSURED STATE CHARTERED CREDIT UNIONS TO
MINIMIZE THE REGULATORY BURDEN AND COST TO THE PUBLIC. STATE
EXAMINERS COMPLETE THIS FORM FOR EVERY SUCH EXAMINATION TO AID IN
DETERMINATION OF CONTINUED INSURABILITY.
