Abstract: THE QUESTIONNAIRE WOULD PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR A DETAILED ANALYSIS OF THE SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED BY HEALTH PHYSICS TECHNICIANS AT NUCLEAR POWER PLANT. THIS ANALYSIS WOULD FORM THE BASIS FOR A COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAM TO IMPROVE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS.
