Abstract: TITLE 5, U.S.C., SECTION 8337(D) REQIRES THAT A DISABILITY ANNUITANT RESTORED TO EARNING CAPACITY BEFORE REACHING AGE 60 LOSES HIS/HER ANNUITY. THIS FORM IS USED BY DISABILITY ANNUITANTS UNDER AGE 60 TO REPORT THEIR INCOME ANNUALLY TO THE OFFICE OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT. THIS IS BOTH A REMINDER AND A MEANS FOR THEM TO COMPLY.
