Abstract: SECTION 106 OF THE ROCK ISLAND RAILROAD TRANSITION AND EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE ACT PROVIDES BENEFITS FOR ROCK ISLAND EMPLOYEES ADVERSELY AFFECTED BY A REDUCTION IN SERVICE.
