Abstract: THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY IS TO DETERMINE THE IMPACT AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE UNCOMPENSATED CARE PROVISIONS OF THE TITLE XVI REGULATIONS (42 CFR PART 124). DATA WILL BE COLLECTED USING SURVEY FORMS COMPLETE BY APPROXIMATELY 500 OBLIGATED FACILITIES, 75 HEALTH SERVICES AGENCIES 150 LEGAL SERVICES ORGANIZATIONS, AND 100 COMMUNITY HEALTH DEPARTMENTS
