Abstract: THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR WISHES TO CONDUCT A PRE-TEST OF FORMS FOR THE CERTIFICATION AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS OF RECLAMATION LAW. THE CERTIFICATION AND REPORTING FORMS WILL ESTABLISH RECLAMATION IRRIGATION WATER RECIPIENTS' COMPLIANCE WITH RECLAMATION LAW. THE PRE-TEST WILL ESTABLISH THE UTILITY AND ACCEPTABILITY OF THE FORMS.
