Abstract: SECTION 14(A) OF THE FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT PROVIDES FOR THE ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATES AUTHORIZING THE EMPLOYMENT OF LEARNERS AT WAGE RATES LESS THAN THE MINIMUM WAGE. THE FORM IS USED BY EMPLOYERS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION NECESSARY TO OBTAIN SUCH AUTHORITY IN ACCORDANC WITH THE STATUTE.
