THIS PARTICULAR FORM IS THE VEHICLE BY WHICH THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED. THIS IS RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENT PURSUANT TO 19 U.S.C. 1508, WITH A RETENTION PERIOD OF 8 YEARS FROM THE TIME OF IMPORTATION.
