GROSS INCOME EXCEEDS THE LIMITS OF SECTION 6015(A) AND THEIR
ESTIMATED TAS IS $400 OR MORE. IRS USES THE DATA TO CREDIT TAXPAYER
ACCOUNTS AND TO DETERMINE IF THE ESTIMATED TAX HAS BEEN PROPERLY
COMPUTED AND PAID.
