Abstract: THIS ANNUAL SURVEY WILL BE SENT TO ALL NEW APPLICANTS FOR OPERATING AUTHORITY BUT WILL ONLY BE ANSWERED BY MINORITY OR FEMALE FIRMS. THE PURPOSE IS TO ENABLE THE COMMISSION TO MAINTAIN A CURRENT LIST OF MINORITY AND FEMALE-OWNED FIRMS WITH INTERSTATE AUTHORITY.
