Abstract: THE FOREST SERVICE REVIEWS PROPOSED ELECTRONIC SITE USES OF FEDERAL LANDS, TO DETERMINE IF THE USE WILL ADVERSELY AFFECT THE FOREST SERVIC COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND OTHER EXISTING USES.
