Abstract: THE INFORMATION IS NEEDED TO EVALUATE PROGRAM ACHIEVEMENTS BY ORGANIZATIONS RECEIVING SBEDAP GRANTS, AND TO MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS TO CONGRESS CONCERNING CONTINUATION AND/OR EXPANSION OF THE PROGRAM.
