Abstract: THE JANUARY SUPPLEMENT ON OCCUPATIONAL TRAINING WILL BE ADMINISTERED TO A ONE-HALF CPS SAMPLE OF HOUSEHOLDS (COMMON TO MARCH CPS) TO IDENTI A CONTROL GROUP FOR THE JTPA'S IMPACT EVALUATION. THE CONTROL GROUP WILL CONSIST OF PERSONS 14 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER WHO HAVE NOT ATTENDE ANY TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE PAST 2 YEARS.
