Abstract: THIS CONTINUING PROGRAM ENCOURAGES AWARENESS AND UNDERSTANDING OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AMONG THE NATION'S YOUTH. THE EPA REGIONS COLLECT AND PROCESS VOLUNTARY APPLICATIONS FROM THOSE WISHING TO CONDUCT ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTSTO EARN A PRESIDENTIAL CERTIFICATE AND POSSIBLY OTHER RECOGNITION.
