Abstract: AUTHORITY FOR THESE FORMS IS DERIVED FROM SEC 6(A) AND 6(C)(4)(B) OF THE UNITED STATES HOUSING ACT OF 1937 AS AMENDED BY THE HOUSING AND COMMUNTIY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 (PL 93-383, 88 STAT 633).
