Abstract: THE BOARD IS CHANGING THE NOTICE REQUIREMENTS TO REFLECT A CHANGE IN ITS STATUTORY AUTHORITY. 90-DAY TERMINATION NOTICES FOR ELIGIBLE POINTS ARE ELIMINATED EXCEPT FOR THOSE WHO ARE LAST OR NEXT TO LAST, OR SERVICE IS REDUCED BELOW THE ESSENTIAL LEVEL. 60-DAY NOTICES ARE ELIMINATED WHEN ENDING NONSTOP OR SINGLE PLANE SERVICE. CARRIERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILE 90-DAY NOICES WHEN CAPACITY TO A COMMUNITY IS IS REDUCED BY 33% OR MORE.
