Abstract: SECTION 73.066 REQUIRES THAT ALL AM LICENSEES USING NONDIRECTIONAL ANTENNA AND OPERATING BY REMOTE CONTROL MUST PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE FCC OF THE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE REMOTE CONTROL POINT BEING USED. THE COMMISSION USES THIS INFORMATION TO ASSURE THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
