Abstract: SECTION 73.274 REQUIRES THAT LICENSEES OF FM STATIONS OPERATING BY REMOTE CONTROL MUST PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE FCC OF THE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE REMOTE CONTROL POINT BEING MADE. THE COMMISSIO USES THIS INFORMATION TO ASSURE THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
