Abstract: ALL AM APPLICANTS ARE SUBJECT TO THIS SECTION. 73.157. THIS SECTION REQUIRES THE SUBMISSION OF AN INFORMAL REQUEST TO THE FCC TO OBTAIN A SPECIAL ANTENNA TEST AUTHORIZATION. UPON RECEIPT OF THIS REQUEST THE COMMISSION DETERMINES IF A GRANT OF THE SPECIAL ANTENNA TEST AUTHORIZATION WILL INSURE THE COMMISSION THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
