Abstract: SECTION 73.1510 REQUIRES ALL AM, FM AND TV STATIONS REQUESTING AN EXPERIMENTAL AUTHORIZATION MUST FILE WITH THE FCC AN INFORMAL APPLICATION DESCRIBING THE NATURE AND PURPOSE OF EXPERIMENTATION TO BE CONDUCTED, THE NATURE OF THE EXPERIMENTAL SIGNAL TO BE TRANSMITTED, AN THE PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF HRS. & DURATION OF EXPERIMENTATION.
