Abstract: SECTION 73.3594 REQUIRES THAT WHEN AN AM, FM OR TV APPLICATION IS DESIGNATED FOR HEARING, THE APPLICANT SHALL GIVE NOTICE OF SUCH DESIGNATION IN A DAILY NEWSPAPER OF GENERAL CIRCULATION PUBLISHED IN THE COMMUNITY IN WHICH THE STATION IS LOCATED AND PROPOSE TO BE LOCATED.
